Yesterday, July 25, was my birthday.

By coincidence, I received a summer greeting card from my aunt, my mother's sister.

It's called a self-written letter.

The below is from the local post office.

I had an appointment for a checkup at my usual internal medicine clinic in the morning, so I went there.

I've been eating a little more calories recently, so I've gained a little weight, so I was worried about the results, but they were almost normal, just like last month.

So I went to the nearby 7-Eleven. I suddenly wanted to try this bread,

I guess it's about 500 kcal in total.

I used a Baccarat cup.

I poured rooibos tea in it.

In front of the bread is chikuwa (the only source of protein).

Over there is a tomato. On the right is the potato potage I bought.

I had a piano ensemble from lunch, but before that I received a gift from M-chan, who is always so considerate of me. I also had one.

As a surprise, M-chan bought the sheet music yesterday morning and practiced it.

(Since she came to my house)

There was a part with a slightly difficult arrangement, so I was on the left hand and she was on the right hand.

Then she sang the song.

I wondered if anything happened after that, and completely forgot the main topic.

As expected. Even after about 10 tries, my mistakes or rather the sound was bad.

I asked her, "If this is the last time and it doesn't work, can we do it again next month?"

And she said, "Sure!"

And then. It somehow turned out great.

I was so nervous that even the sound was faint.

I'm sorry for making you go through Mr. Lonely every day.

I really like this song, and I had an image of how I wanted to play it.

When I played it with the piano, I realized that the violin really goes well with the piano.

For dinner, we had eel as planned.

This year was a different birthday than usual.

I truly thought that everyone was so kind.

I reflected on myself for not understanding this until now.

With this feeling of gratitude, I was able to make two important videos on July 25th.

I think this is also thanks to my blog friends.

If I didn't have a blog, I might not have had the motivation to make videos.

I think I'll do some maintenance on the garden today.
